Shipping and Delivery
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has been shipped.
Domestic Shipping (Within Greece)
Delivery by Courier
Once your order has been successfully placed, a confirmation message will appear on your screen, and you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.
Deliveries are carried out by our partner courier company. To complete the delivery service, you consent to the disclosure of the necessary personal information (full name, address, and phone number) to the courier company for delivery purposes.
Deliveries take place Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 17:00. Upon arrival at the delivery address, a signature will be required to complete the handover.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available with an additional fee of €1.50.
Please note:
- If the delivery information provided is incorrect, our company bears no responsibility for failed deliveries.
- Order pickups from our offices or warehouses are not available.

Pickup from BOX NOW Lockers
You can choose to collect your order from BOX NOW lockers, located in outdoor areas all over Greece (over 1,200 locations) with 24/7 access, allowing you to pick up your parcel at your convenience.
Steps to follow:
- Select BOX NOW as your delivery method during checkout.
- Choose the BOX NOW locker most convenient for you on the map.
- Once your order is delivered to the selected locker, you will receive an SMS with a PIN code. Enter the PIN at the locker to open your compartment and collect your order.
Your order will remain available for pickup for 48 hours from the moment you receive the SMS notification.
Shipping Cost:
- For orders under €100 → Shipping fee: €2.50
- For orders €100 and above → Free shipping
ΒΟΧΝΟW - Pay On The Go
With the BOXNOW - Pay On The GO service, you can pay for your order directly at the locker upon pickup.
Additional Fee:
- Greece -> €0.70
- Cyprus -> €0.70
How it works:
- Select BOWNOW - Pay On The Go as your delivery method during checkout.
- Choose your preferred BOX NOW locker location.
- Once your parcel arrives at the locker, you will receive an SMS with your PIN.
- Enter the PIN at the locker and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the payment.
- After the payment is completed, the locker door will open automatically, allowing you to collect your parcel.
Important notes:
- This service is available only for ordered shipped via BOX NOW.
- Payment is completed exclusively at the locker at the time of the pickup.
- Your parcel remains available for 48 hours after receiving the SMS notification.
International Shipping (Cyprus)
For Cyprus, we deliver your order within 7–10 business days via BOX NOW, with a shipping fee of €8 per shipment.
Orders to Cyprus can be placed using any payment method except cash on delivery (COD).
Delays & Issues
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, natural events, or courier-related issues.
